I have just moved from the UK to Mainz. I am looking to meet people to jam with and see where things go. I am happy to just play for fun or if we later pursue gigs. I have been playing guitar since I was 12 and play a little bit of piano/keyboard. I have played a few performances and been in school bands, but until now guitar has been something I mostly do individually in my spare time. Stylistically, I focus my guitar playing on a hybrid of electric and acoustic styles; I am mostly influenced by Lindsey Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac). He has a very structured fingerstyle technique that I think pulls rhythm and lead guitar together. Whilst I enjoy music with very effected guitar, I typically use clean sounds with slightly overdriven tones, reverb and maybe some delay.
