Constantly chasing music, I love my bass. I play most genres with a passion for hard rock and a deep love for funk. I play with 2 or 3 fingers/slap (I really don’t like using a pick). I play often times alone with backing tracks and jams w friends every few weeks.
I grew up in the 2000’s punk/metalcore scene in Chicago. It’s always been a dream of mine to gig but only did a few times with my band in high school.
I also read music and prefer standard notation to tab.
I played almost strictly metal/hard rock/punk for most of my life but have been into 80’s funk and pop since 2024 to work on my theory.
