Any TOOL / Prog Metal musicians in Berlin?
Hey! I’m a bassist with solid gear and a deep obsession with TOOL, Karnivool, and groove-heavy prog. Looking to start a jam group or band with like-minded musicians into odd-time signatures, layered textures, and dynamic songwriting.
Ideally looking for:
- Drummer with solid feel in 7/8, 5/4, polymetric grooves
- Guitarist into delay, swells, melodic playing, heavy riffs
- Vocalist who can flow between atmospheric and aggressive-intense
Let’s start with TOOL covers (The Pot, Lateralus, Right in Two, etc.) and explore writing original material in that world.
Would be down to rehearse at Noisy Rooms or similar (evenings/weekends). Serious but chill players welcome. Text me if this hits your wavelength!
